OUR VOICE
OUR VOTE

This year, sovereignty is on the ballot. Check your voter registration, learn how to vote in your state, and check out our voter resources below.

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Registered

Step 2: Know How to Vote in Your State

Voting rules in the U.S. are set by the states, so voting looks very different from state to state and even from county to county. Many states have also passed laws that unfortunately make voting more difficult for Native peoples, especially those living in rural areas or who don’t have certain kinds of ID.

Select your state to learn more about how to register to vote, how to vote absentee/by mail, and the best way to vote in-person.

Take the pledge today to vote in 2022 and make sure your voice is heard.

Our communities, our lifeways, and our families are all impacted by the 2022 election — our voices will be heard.

As midterm elections approach, we know future generations will be impacted by the decisions we make today. Take the pledge today to vote in the 2022 election and make sure our voices are heard.

Step 3: Make A Plan to Use Your Voice

“I pledge to vote in the 2022 elections and to bring my relatives to vote. I know that future generations depend on me.”
